At Venus Education, we are committed to providing high-quality counselling and admission support services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Venus Education provides educational guidance, counselling, and admission assistance services. Once the service process has started, it is considered as delivered.
Users may request cancellation of services only before the counselling or admission process has been initiated. Once the process has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refunds are not applicable once services such as counselling, application processing, or admission support have started.

Any fees paid directly to universities or educational institutions are subject to their respective refund policies. Venus Education is not responsible for university-level refunds.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 15 working days depending on the payment method and banking process.
Refunds will be credited using the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by Venus Education.
Venus Education reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on this page.
